How does pre-ordering work at Maison Petrosyan?

The Éclipse Dress (50 copies) and the Pivoine Dress (100 copies) are available for exclusive pre-order, in limited edition. Here's everything you need to know before ordering.

How long can I pre-order for?

Pre-orders close on August 31, 2026, or as soon as a size is sold out. After this date, these two models will not be reproduced identically.

When will I receive my dress?

Delivery is scheduled for the end of September 2026. This date is indicated on each product page. In case of significant delay, you will be informed by email.

Am I charged immediately?

Yes, payment is debited at the time of order, as with a standard order. This allows us to craft your piece with the care it deserves.

Why a limited edition?

Each model is produced in deliberately restricted quantities, in accordance with our quality standards. This guarantees each customer a carefully designed piece, never mass-produced.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our refund policy. For any questions before reception, contact us at contact@maisonpetrosyan.com.

Will I receive updates while waiting?

An order confirmation is sent to you immediately, then a tracking number upon shipment of your dress.

What happens if I order a pre-order item and an item available immediately?

Your entire order will be shipped on the availability date of the pre-order item, unless you request a separate shipment.
